Though still in her teens, London based Sarah Harrison has already amassed a wealth of experience. Following four years experience on TV, her Classical ballet training, coupled with her love for contemporary  Hip-Hop and tap dancing, saw her take to the stage in a number of musical productions, including one at the London’s West End at the age of 12.

Sarah’s strong, vibrant voice and song-writing talents won her an award in an International Song Contest in Italy, and saw her performing her self-penned song in the World’s biggest children’s TV show ever hosted in Denmark. Her ongoing experience at the famous Sylvia Young Theatre School in London garnered from eight stage and cabaret appearances between 2002-2005 and led to her appearance in the last two Harry Potter films.

Sarah has lately been selected to feature in soundtrack recordings for the highly anticipated Disney and Walden Media film version of C S Lewis’ classic ‘Narnia’: The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe’. Recording sessions took place at the famous Abbey Road Studios.

The new direction in a fledgling but successful career is just a reward for Sarah, who won the Musical Theatre Award. She has consistently been one of the school’s top pupils and working in films has given her a taste for the greasepaint.

I enjoyed the time spent working in the Harry Potter films, in spite of some very early shooting schedules” said Sarah. ‘Recording at Abbey Road studios was a responsible task from which I gained valuable experience”.
